Broski I got to tell you that towel was so thick it made you look like you're doing the chicken wing so you do need a thin towel to use.. ..just stick your elbow into your ribs. But the concept you were showing is good though, so good video

@JSBowling2011 thanks for the input! Yeah when I originally brought that towel I didn't realize it would be so big lol most definitely will use a half of a pool noodle next time! 😅
