If anything you haul has a Serial Number write them down and if your not paid tell them you are initiating lein of items for recoupnent of owed cost.

I think you just need to stop taking those loads that your factory company won’t factor . I know it’s tough right now but I’d rather sit an extra day then to move a load and not get paid . It’s principle at that point . Best of luck man love the videos . Keep them coming been here since day one .

I lived in Owatonna in 2010-2012. Not a bad place to live at all. It was too cold for me when it got to -26 below zero with absolutely no wind chill factor at all!!! That is when my wife informed me that she was moving to the Pacific NorthWest and if I had any brains, I would follow her out the door. I also visited that store a couple of times while I lived there. Nice place!

Robert I think you need to tell them once their load is on your trailer that you need to talk to your financial department and they say no payment no unload! Take pictures of vin's and document everything good to cover your rear end! Good luck!

That's not how trucking works and that called taking the load hostage only time you get paid before unload is when it's agreed before and noted on the rate con (called cod "cash on delivery ") rarely will they do this bc normally the broker dosnt get paid till 30 days after delivery and they factor the load to pay there drivers roberts issue is he keeps hauling for brokers who have no credit We don't work for anyone who dosnt have good credit unless they agree to cod which is rare also if there not American I run a credit check every time we haul for them and thay need a B rating it better only time iv had issues is when a run for a foreigner with a c rating and it drops to a D before I can factor it but he can't pass up on the extra few bucks those loads pay but normally there not worth the risk also as a single truck he really should just lease on with a good company who actually has dedicated freight and lanes instead of running spot market all the time

I stop in Columbia, Mo whenever I get down that way and stop at the antique mall right next to that truck stop. You drive through the truck stop parking lot to get to it. I'll have to try the restaurant sometime. I did stay at the hotel at that plaza as well once and it was pretty much a dive.

you should call your bank or wherever they supposedly sent the wire transfer to and if they say they haven’t received it don’t unload until they call you and confirm it went through I know Tim Gentry does that with all the big boats he hauls

We have a Cabela's here in Huntsville AL and i like going and just walking around. I bought usually fishing items when I was heavy into Bass fishing. But usually just dreamed about things like a new boat, or a boat at all. Bass Pro in Memphis is an awesome place to visit. And these little shorts need to be stretched longer. I really like the channel and we just want to see more.

Come haul campers. Lease on to a company rent there trailer. They pay half upfront on fuel card and rest when dropped. No chasing money and less overhead. Also light loads 54k plates save money.

If you would Lease on with a company you wouldn't have to worrie about getting paid, I leased my truck and trailer on with a company out of Tennessee in 2021 and pay was in my account every week, even though it takes the company your leased on with 30,60,90 Day's to get paid your pay is Deposited every week, I had engine issues and had to throw in the towel and go get a company job, but my engine is Rebuilt again for the 2nd time and want to lease back on with a company because I'm getting no miles with the company I work for, but with everything being the way it is out there Right now I don't want to take the chance with my own equipment, but Jesus when is these Bullshit Rates going to get better if ever.
