i had this exact thing happen to me lol, back when hollyberry first released i had 19 soulstones on sea fairy, then i did a 10 pull and got her so then i had a practically 1 star sea fairy off the bat

i wouldnt recommend maxing her out btw!! from what I've heard shes kinda trash :( save the skill powder and star jellies for a better cookie unless shes suddenly in a new meta in the future or something (:

Thanks for the tip! TBH I don’t even have a lot of star jellies to even level up cookies past level 50 lol. I don’t necessarily level up characters unless I desperately need them for something. But thank you! (Btw I have like no skill powders for any other type of cookie except for bomber type.) 😭

I got Both of the featured cookies so I use the normal Cookie gacha and it's absolutely horrible 😢I never get anything good from there
