Here's how the talent scout works. You have 5 talent scout points to use each week, you can spend 1 point and $5k to search for 4 jobbers. If you move the talent scout catagory from "rookies" to "reowned stars", you spend 2 talent scout points, a bit more money and you get 4 mid carders for potential sign. You can keep moving up all the way to the "Legends" category which costs 5 talent scout points. So you have to spend a bit of money and use your talent scout points to reveal 4 superstars you can sign. Another tip, if you are ever in desperate need of a good match on a show, you can sign superstars for just one week for a cheap price and get one good match out of that wrestler.

U should increase the talent scout level for better free agents, it's the first tile when you open the free agent tab, choose the level of the talent u want then click search at the bottom of the same menu

Hey Guys! LOVE the merch btw! I play this game a lot so I kinda know some things to help yall out. Talent Scouts If you look on the left of the talent scouts screen, you’ll see filters. There you can pick the type of wrestler you would like to look for. This costs money to do but then you can fine actual wrestlers. Injuries If a person gets to stamina 40, they can become injured in a match. If they do a promo they should gain 6 stamina but if you leave them off the card, they can gain 12. Contracts You can hire a person for as many weeks as you want. Before you press on the sign button, you can see and change how long their contract is where the price is. Match Card As long as you have a strong opener and closer, you will get a “Good Show”. If the match after the opener or the one before the main event perform better, you’ll get a “Poor Opener or Closer”. If you have a good show you’ll gain a lot of fans. Logistics In order to buy logistics, it costs money AND assets. You can see how many assets you have in the top left corner. You gain 1 asset every week.

You can't just spend money anymore on new logistics. You need assets, too, even if you've got enough money to spend if you don't have the assets too you can't unlock the new logistics. You can get new stars if you search for them in the talent scout area. The options just need to be changed on the left hand side. You was so close at the end. All you had to do was press search!

Here's a few tips , you can get none made up wrestlers to hire if you click on the left sidebar move it till it's says established, icon , legend , then move to the bottom select search Also don't forget to do the challenges such as do 5 table matches ect to get GM awards Also use the power cards especially the spa to help characters low on stamina

On the tabs at the top the stars on them tell you things you can upgrade/buy so look for the stars then once you get to the tab the stuff you can buy will also be starred things you can’t get yet won’t be starred for example john could have bought the HIAC arena for extra money but assumed he couldn’t get anything since he only tried one thing

You have to increase the talent scout search to get better free agent legends where it’s says 1-4 clock right and it’ll put up better people you get Percs also to get free scout points

MyGM mode is so fun, but man they REALLY need to expand it. 2k24 was a big improvement over 2k23's version, but it's still so limiting. Mainly it just needs more match types. 3 on 3 and 3 on 3 stuff, maybe the ability to hold a tournament. Would also love to see a full 52 week season in it with all the PPVs, where you could only book special matches during those shows. Like Rumble you'd have to enter X number of people into it that week, or during War Games you could book a War Games match, but can't book it any other time. MyGM has so much potential to be way better. PS: Once you figure out how to actually play this mode, start a new one and build a custom roster pool, it's way more fun to have a ton of people to pick from.
