When Big Tiff, was a Trustee, anytime the old Dolton Mayor. Cancelled a Board meeting, Big Tiff raised Hell. So far Big Tiff has missed 9 meetings. I am betting Messy Big Tiff will make it 10. Henyard, Freeman, police chief Lacey and selected police officers engaged in deliberate actions to intentionally cause harm to persons and entities that didn’t provide either Mayoral endorsement or fund her various initiatives - her charity and/or campaign contributions. They acted outside of their sworn and paid duties and instead operated Dolton Village as a criminal syndicate. Henyard and Freeman are slam dunk convictions, but would be extremely surprised if the police chief doesn’t take a plea deal.
