you and my dad would get along well. he has a 2020 bmw m2 competition in the blue color it was offered with. his is also a 6-speed manual because he would never own an automatic as his primary vehicle. my car, which i love to death, is a black 2004 bmw 325ci with black interior, black fabric top, automatic transmission, and probably zero upgrades from the factory, that used to be my granddad's before he started losing his eyesight and his brainpower. we only spent about 7k on it, and that was just repairs because it sat dormant in his garage for a few years. it's a very fortunate car to have as my first car, and i'm keeping it as long as maintenance can keep it alive. the way it drives is absolute perfection, and the interior layout is something i wouldn't change. the only mod i did was adding an aftermarket bluetooth adapter so i could play my friend and i's driving playlist. also the speaker quality holds up even in 2022, it's WILD. i just figured i'd share my beloved car here as well because why not also my car sort of got me into cars which got me into your channel so that's cool

I looked at this car about 1 year ago, same color, not as much carbon fiber, 10 speed, my wife can drive a stick plus we are older and lots of traffic in Ftw Tx. Ended up buying a 22 ZL1 in rapid blue with 10 speed . Just could not justify spending 25k + more. You have an incredible vehicle enjoy it, I love my ZL1.

I have a ‘22 in the same color, but mine is carbon fiber level 1 & I went with the auto. It’s blasphemy to have the auto, but I drive mine in an Urban area where traffic is horrendous. Have had mine for well over a year & have tallied 7K miles … enjoying it tremendously. Wishing you many years of enjoyment! 👍🏻

Very Nice - I bought a 22 CT4 BW and have absolutely loved it - couldn't afford the CT5 but it looks badass. The Blue is cool. I like the fact that I haven't even seen another Blackwing in my area, makes you somewhat stand out to other Car guys.

I have to admit that build quality of the cabin isn't quite* as solid as Volvo, but fitment is good. Some materials are obvious cost cuts which bums me out at this MSRP, but I can forgive those for the things the Blackwing does so, so well (power, gearbox, ride quality)

Congrats on the V! I remember you replying to me about your order. Mine is still waiting to be accepted at factory level. I went with the Escalade V though. First time seeing those wheels because if I'm not mistaken, those are the Escalade V Onyx package wheels but will be 22s, which are exclusive to only the V. I still wish and don't fully understand why with the Escalade V they didn't give us the option for a carbon fiber trim. Make it stand out a bit more on the interior from all the other models. I know its obviously not a track vehicle and wanted to stick with the luxurious feel bit oh well. The trim on your V is gorgeous!
