Yes! Last year he got second which is incredible really. He would have surpased Fiorenzi Magni who won at 34 year old in 1955 as the oldest winner of the Giro by quite a bit. He unfortunately lost by not even a lot, bur still incredible. What is even crazier is the he won the tou de France in 2018 (6 years ago!) He’s ruining the chances of a 40K TT stage vs the World Champ (Ganna), and he’s just playing around with the other GC guys during mountain stages. So, yes, his own UAE training camps may be even more challenging lol.

I think people expect too much, it is not Sky anymore. They are still a top team, but not on the level of UAE or Visma and maybe on par with Bora and others.
