CHOCOTORTA, a dessert suitable even for people who aren't a sweet tooth. Every restaurant should have it. Best of best and so easy to do. Recipe. -400 gr of dulce de leche ("Repostero" best for consistency) -400 gr of cream cheese (preferably)/mascarpone cheese and it can also be cream if you don't get the others. -2 or 3 packages of "chocolinas" (chocolate cookies) - [if not, any other cookies] -Milk/coffee or chocolate milk alone or with a tablespoon of Instant coffee to soak the cookies. -50 grams of cocoa powder/ Dark chocolate 1-Mix the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until everything is well integrated and consistent. (If its with cream, you have to whip it first because the consistency is important) 2- Dip the cookies in the chosen liquid [hot], ( Don't dip it for too long or will get soggy and crumble) 3- Put a layer of the soaked cookies in a mold (square better) 4- Put a layer of the preparation with dulce de leche and repeat until you make about 4 layers or more. 5- Finish with a layer of the preparation and cocoa powder sprinkled on top (it can also be ground cookies or scratched dark chocolate) 6 - Cover with a plastic wrap and send to the fridge for 6 to 12 hours. Even if it's not for the channel, you should try it sandbox team, it's delicious and easy.
