This channel is about self-improvement and empowerment. I am not trying to change the world, but hopefully inspire someone to really start questioning their perceptions and beliefs. Our life is one big illusion, by realizing how much control we have over our mind and through that, our lives, we can achieve greatness.

Part of being able to heal yourself is to forgive yourself and others, to let go of the ghosts of your past and learn to love yourself again. Life isn't easy, but don't bully yourself into thinking that you aren't worthy living a life worth living for. :)

Wow Anya....thank you. This video spoke to me on such a deep level I can’t even convey. It’s not often that I relate to another person like this, I truly wish we could be friends. I’m going through a really rough time right now...anxiety, depression, feeling lost and self loathing...it is very hard to get out of this mental state! It’s like a cycle that keeps building up and I can’t seem to break. Sometimes I want to give up because what’s the point of trying but you’re right, it’s NEVER too late to change or at least take baby steps towards the process of changing and starting fresh. I NEED to start fresh. I will keep that in mind and do my best to push myself to try/work harder 🙂 hope you are well! 💕

Thank you for replying and your kind words, I really do appreciate it ☺️ tbh knowing I’m not alone in my misery has never really helped me feel better...lol but knowing that people have been in my shoes before and overcame/came out of their misery (which is kind of what your video is about!) does make me feel hopeful, inspired, and motivated to keep pushing and that it IS possible come out on the side and be happy (or at least content) again 🙂

Helping others all the time is very draining. It's sometimes necessary to step back and see who is willing to help you when you need it. It's also necessary to step back in order to come back stronger. Stay strong Anya. Working on yourself is something that we all need to do sometimes.
