''People aren't choosing the route of bodybuilding as much, the route I took 25 years ago to become the best bodybuilder on the planet. People would rather take the lower weight divisions. A lot of people transform themselves by looking in the mirror and they see what they can ultimately achieve, bodybuilding is about hitting the gym and working to build your body beyond what the norm is.'' -Jay Cutler #DoYouHaveWhatItTakes

Depends, yes they are pushing the limits of human physiology but unlike the body builders of old they are all adding the best hormone doctors to maximise their genetic potential without the huge risks of unregulated steroids like back in the hay day. Of course there is going to be those who still take it to the extream end of steroid and enhancement but most of the top guys are checked, checked and rechecked to make sure their it's all within "healthy range" for their size. Is it good for you no but most of them are doing it as safe as possible now. You'd be surprised how little the best in the biz are on it's all a balance. About getting the right balance for their body. And every body is different.
@naman10843 жыл бұрын
@@UltraMagnis Before putting those words do you even realise that there have been at least 15 deaths in top level professionals, and high-ranking amateurs in year 2021 alone.
@UltraMagnis3 жыл бұрын
@@naman1084 Yes there were some notable deaths last year in the industry for sure. Most of them though we're old school body builders still in the scene, the damage has already been done. Am I saying pushing yourself to this physiological extream is healthy absolutely not. It's an unheathy sport promoting health. It's so backwards. Extreams of any drug can cause bad side effects and with steriods it's really bad shit, if you get it wrong you can loose bone mass, have huge estrogen repsonse to the drugs and you'll get depression, anxiety and if you already have metal health issue it can exacerbate it. I am on trt, I have a genentoc Condtion that runs in my family so I need it and there is real benefits there for people like me. Did I go into it uneducated no way I made sure I was using the best docs and making sure everything is all in balance. When you take it to the extream and introduce stuff like insulin post workout to promote growth hormone that is when shit starts getting dangerous which is exactly what the top top level body builders do now. I would say insulin abuse in the too levels is what's causing the health issues not the steriods at least to a smaller degree then abuse of insulin. There are a number of factors as to why someone that big dies. Heart issues is a big one, carrying huge mass like that is not healthy it's the same as being obese in terms of the stress on your heart. So like I said it's not the steriods it's everything surrounding the use of those steriods. If you fuck it up at that level you are going to get some serious health issues. So it's more then just the steriods that are killing these people, it's their protocol being not right or pushing a crazy protocol for too long....these are the reasons.... extreams.... It's an unfortunate side effect of unregulated sports such as body building there will always be those who take it too far, push the limits too much and when PEDs, growth hormone and insulin are pushed to those extreams get in the mix it's a recipe for disaster. Anyways after that long winded reply 😂😂. I'm saying it's a number of factors that have caused a spike in the deaths not just steriod use in fact I'd say that's on the lower side of the causes.
