I MISS THOSE IRON PLATES BANGING TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!. When I lived in Flushing Queens, there was 24hr gym and while walking up to the front door all you heard was those plates banging. It would get me so hyped you didn't need no pre-workout just hearing those plates got you amped

What's your favorite exercise to go heavy on?🔥 ''I used to leave spaces on purposes between the plates, so when I would come up forcefully between each rep plates would jingle, and I would get that deep kind of ROAR as I came up on each rep. Between those old big iron plates, now they have rubber and you lose that one sense. Nothing like the iron making noise.'' -Platz

I have always lifted heavy, but I have earned that right through years of training, I see so many kids and even adults whos physique is always the same just because they use weights they dont even have any bussiness of lifting. Like I said, I lift heavy, but alternate to light weights for pump, contraction and eventually hypertrophy too. Train smart

A healthy amount of fear is probably a good thing. I trained heavy for reps in my teens, 20s, and into my 30s all for the sake of being "hardcore" and was fearless. I'm 47 now and have torn both of my biceps, ruined my elbows to the point of requiring surgery, and tore my rotator cuff. In hind sight, it probably wasn't worth it. Was it a fun way to train? Sure. But if I knew then what pain my body would be going through now, I probably would've opted to train a lot smarter. I wish I had somebody back then to knock some sense into me.

Not true, it depends on a lot of variables. As a natty it is still possible to train with high intensity every workout, just need a good split and consider your exercise collection.
@bassplayer8815 Жыл бұрын
Depends on who you are some like me will just do lower and upper body splits but can handle it, it just takes a few days of rest.
@rednirabkriv5376 Жыл бұрын
No. This kinda workout is the best but you have to cut the volume down by half or more. Dont do more than 4 or 5 sets per bodypart. This type of workout comes under high intensity so its easier to get stronger and get progressive overload. But do it with high reps and you will grow AND get stronger together. Which is the key to fuller and big muscles
