Papin is adored by the fans of teams he played for (hero) but is lesser known in the world of football and fans. Torres is known by people around the world and has produced insane moments in football; for me that qualifies him as an icon.

Having worked in a couple of UK Call Centres, you have stats that get glanced at by your team leaders and such to display how many calls you took, average call length, pause time, etc. Most customers are often people who don't want to speak to you if you're cold calling to offer support with their product OR chatty customers who waffle.
