Hey folks! In today’s videos we’ve got another Gold Stake Balatro run. Here, an Immolate from a Spectral Pack in the same shop as an Erosion simultaneously gave me strength and econ to breeze through the early antes and focus on setting up for the late game. Enjoy the video!

Honestly a joker that scales by hand leveled ups would be cool but it wouldnt count planet cards. Exp gives .1 mult per hands level up so with burnt or tag skip or blackhole

27:45 I could have sworn I had a different result with that same interaction on Switch. When I used Death with a card selected by Cerulean Bell, BOTH cards became selected and neither could be unselected until the next hand. Can't remember if the Bell card was the left or right one though, maybe that makes a difference.

The card he copied wasn’t the always selected card so it never got the always selected debuff. If you copy the always selected card, it will then also copy the always selected debuff meaning you can’t deselect either of them.

33:50 im so confused how you say erosion isnt doing anything for you. Its adding 56 mult each, +112 only to be multiplied by another 18+

ultimately, its because adding flat mult after x mult makes the flat mult very meaningless since the constellation is applying before the erosions, the mult is going from 491 to 593 (in that specific hand), which is pretty insignificant, even if it's being multiplied by the later jokers. For comparison, having a joker with 1.25x would be more impactful than having both erosions

All my runs are done live on stream and the Game Over screen (which is included) proves that this was unseeded. It's also not a terribly impressive run so why would I fake it?
