Swayze, two games and 2 missed lethals. First game 6:13 you could tap one fish at the end of opp turn and bounce the other or save the treasure and tap/bounce the untapped one on your turn, copy simulacrum and swing for the win. Second game 16:16, opp is tapped, just bounce forge token and save your tokens. Next turn you just need to play any of the remaining cards on your hand to have more than 20 damage on board. Bummer to see some good finishes go to waste. Great deck anyways. Gonna enjoy the rest of the video.

16:30 threw away the win xD coulda flood mawed the attacking token save your tokens play an artifact or copy them and have more than 20 damage to return swing.

Hi there , love the deck but I made a small adjustment. I remove the Nexus and replace it with WorldWalker Helm instead. It help to create copies of Simulacrum Synthesizer once you have your first token for only 1 blue 1 colorless per turn.

I get pissed off at myself when I miss a play or play the wrong land. That is more frustrating than missing lethal because I usually do it on turn one. That means I miss a play on the next turn when using slow lands. I can get tunnel vision and miss things. Whatever. Even if it costs me a game, I learn from it.

Game 1 "they might have a Sunfall" - the card you should be worried about is Brotherhood's End ;). Ive swapped the 4 Lockdowns for 4 Brotherhood's Ends because of all the Synthesizers and Forges and Cornocopias running around when I run the Boros Token deck.

Game 2 you let the Lockdown land and Flood Maw before it resolves, counter the recast.

Is there a way to give trampel to the similacrum tokens? I have encountered this deck a few times, i was running boros tokens and they had 2 or even 3 simulacrums out and i was able to win against that, simply because they were… just big dummys and i blocked them with 1/1 s . I know there is the … artifact flyer that you can also cast as a prototype that gives lifelink/flying or vigilance at start of combat (?) , but i feel trample would be very good, if there is a way for UW to do it.

Just got into mtg and i love to play commander format. Im looking to build a mono red commander deck. Any recommendations? I want a commander that is powerful but easy and simple for a beginner to play? Appreciate any help ❤

don't buy into commander. they killed paper magic for me by focusing too much on that format. I have played since 95 but now you can't find a game of 60 card magic in a local game store. I stopped buying paper cards because of it and have been selling off my 55+ binders of cards. Don't miss it either. I play Arena now and don't have to deal with paper cards. Buying, sorting and stowing sucked. Deck building is super easy on Arena and the best part is that digital cards are cheaper and you can even get free packs just for playing.

Yeah, it's every video I see of his these days. I don't consider myself an amazing player or anything but it starts getting a little frustrating to watch when he's missing lethal in multiple matches in most of his videos. Sometimes he misses really basic things, but otherwise I really like his content.

Dont know whats up with all the ''missed lethal'' comments. He is running Synthesizer Simulacrum, which is an absolute busted card that probably deserves a ban. He can make mistakes, he can get board wiped on repeat, sometimes he may even get mana screwed with 27 lands in the deck, but Synthesizer will still deliver the win.

Those lethals were so obvious that's normal people mentioning that. Try and do that, missing openings against an updated boros build running a playset of Brotherhood's End, couple Abrade and Season of Burrows. Two options, better have mana up to counter or risk losing the board.
