I was the first opponent with bant. Once I saw the third talent my strategy went to survival and decking. Had get losts, strokes, and doppelgangs, as outs. GG's!

This is cool! I like High Noon better than Lockdown at this point; aggro decks cannot stand High Noon. EDIT: also, the best part of this deck seems to be that it does not get matched against mono-red. That is always nice!

My mono white “creatureless” deck is the only deck I can consistently climb ranked with ATM but it’s absolutely destroying the meta decks right now thanks to the all the exile enchantments. I actually played against someone with this exact deck and beat it this morning. You definitely need to cut back on your Lands to like 20 with all the card draw you have! Add in the Case that gains you life for creatures ETBing and lets you replay creatures if needed, and Season of the Burrow to have flexibility to either swarm the battlefield, remove problems, or get back a Talent or something else that then is Indestructible 😁🤷‍♂️ Regal Bunnicorn also feels like it would be a beast here.

Turn 1: *Scavenger's Talent* Turn 2: *Vinereap Mentor* , blocked. 3 foods(1 enter, 1 died, 1 ST) Turn 3: level up Talent, crack evolving wilds, milled 2 Turn 4: Go for the Throat some mouse. Haywire Mite. crack fetchland. milled 4. -block with haywire(chump the now untrampled creature by sac'ing Mite). 4 food. milled 6 Turn 5: *Goldvein Hydra* for 4/4. opponent 16 life. -Hydra block: 5 food. 4 treasures(total so far) Turn 6(missed land drop): *Vinelasher* offspring'd. level talent. Sac 4 treasures, sac a food(milled 16) Talent brings back *Lumra* on end step... 22 damage to the face. -Scavenger's Talent milled 22 cards in this game(Lumra milled 4) for a total of 26. That's lethal damage, more or less, on milling lands. -Vinelasher did 22 damage the very turn it was cast(without even making a land drop) -access to 9 mana, 5 foods on turn 6 It might be difficult to follow, but Scavenger's Talent is a very powerful magic card.

It all went fubar here 40:32 in that last game. Instead of going for the impactful play to make a difference now, Swayze went for the future play that might help later. Even if the board did look good, that was still no real reason to not actually try to get ahead with the Talent or Elspeth. The very next turn the opponent dropped his Talent GG, and ultimately, he went on to not even care about the irrelevant virtues lol. RIP Swayze.

Literally a garbage deck against this standard meta. Try something that isn't a midrange deck that only works if you make it past turn 6.

Have you actually played mono white control against agro decks? Sure this build could use more removal, (this is a creature heavy version), but as long as we make it to turn 3 and lockdown its usually a win and if we make it to turn 5 and Sunfall then turn 6 on is an auto win.

Yeah, by turn 3 if you haven't outright lost you're too far on your way to stabilize. Lockdown isn't enough. You wipe their board and they just rebuild on the next turn while you're just starting to make your presence known. It sucks but this is the meta WotC wants apparently.

​@@TheZombiegenesis Between Get lost, Carrot Cake to gain life, a couple of other removal spells like Lay down arms or Not on my watch, your 4 drop Elspeth makes life linkers... if you can't beat agro/creature heavy decks with Temp lockdowns, Sunfall and ^ ... Mono white control hard counters huge parts of the meta I usually rofl stomp all the aggro decks i face with my version of it
