Lmao as a brand new fort player, I agree with your closing statement. I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’m not totally loving this remix thing, the map is weird, I can’t wait for the bosses to stop joining people’s teams and making them op, the new minigun is ridiculous etc etc. I am still having fun nonetheless 😂 but I can’t wait for this to be over.

I do appreciate if longer term players are enjoying the throwback so I know it's not going to be a popular opinion but to me it just feels less interesting and I don't have much motivation for getting to know this map if it's only for a few weeks. Oh well, bring on Chapter 6.

I do also think this season is kind of OG but I mean there was a lot of things wrong with it. Like all the rappers from the trailer instead of us getting them in the battle pass. We ended up getting him as double the price of the battle pass in the item shop and it was so I've been playing this game since chapter 1 season 7 and honestly I feel like they would have made the remix seems more fun if they added things like some of the old challenges since I know chapter 2 season 2 was really heavily based on challenges and getting XP and even though it only took me like 2 days to get it maxed out. So honestly the game should have just given us or opportunities to get more things in the battle pass and more fun quests

Yeah I just find the older map bland and uninteresting besides the added POI's and having none of the featured rap artists in the BP was a mistake. I just can't see how this appeals much to newer or older players, it's like they tried to have their cake and eat it but ended up just dropping the cake in the toilet.

I beem playing since season 1 but i really don't like this og mess but it just a personally hate because it feel like a downgrade like oh let go back years for a season , i would really they just take the newer maps and slide old stuff into it

@@maxrosefoxanime7225 well they have today announced a new Fortnite OG mode coming next month which is great news but also kinda makes this throwback season even more pointless.
