To me it doesn't sound like a business without documents, probably getting cash and not having to pay taxes on the money etc, that's not a business. This is a awesome video, it's very very important to have documentation!

Hello Angela, I love your videos. They are extremely informative. Do you have a link to invoicing forms? Maybe one that can be easily modified. Also is there a list of examples of the various tasks that can/should be done for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, spring cleaning, deep cleaning, etc?

Hi Angela, I recently discovered you and your website, and these videos. They are very helpful! I've been in business alone for 8 years. I'm thinking I would like to incorporate the worksheet idea into my business. When you mentioned in the video that you give them a "copy", are your worksheets like a carbonless form, or do you simply use two worksheets and cross off/add on the custom requests and leave one with them, keeping one? Thanks!

Here is a link to the worksheet: askahousecleaner.com/worksheets-house-cleaning-business/ There is one copy that is left with the customer so they can see what you’ve checked off (cleaned). They can share it with friends that are interested in getting a house cleaner.

It is always better to cover your tracks. This way you can make sure that you crossed your Ts and dotted all your I's. Never assume, is right! Thanks for taking the time to share this!
