She's feeling everything from the baby good and bad you feel it all and it can be hard to let go. Molly and TJ know how emotional and stressed out kristina gets on a good day, so asking her to be a surrogate was not a good idea that's on them to be honest

Nowhere has Kristina outright claimed or tried to keep this baby. She’s not immature or selfish for FEELINGS that are valid. She’s never done this before, and as she said - her body doesn’t know the difference between carrying a baby of her own or someone else’s baby.. y’all are ridiculous when it comes to Kristina. Until she actively tries to keep the baby - then she’s not doing anything to take the baby from Molly and TJ to raise it on her own. Last she knew was they had a huge fight and Molly was unsure of what would happen. Kristina doesn’t know they made up and are good now. She’s allowed to feel her emotions instead of acting like a robot with no connections to anyone involved with this baby. Like c’mon - hate the storyline all you want but at least make sense.

She is Acting On Those Feelings by seeking Legal Advice, and considering Plans to shore up her Legal Position. (Instead of seeking Professional Counseling to help her deal with her original decision and to move past it.) She is free to “Feel.” But that Baby belongs to its Parents, MOLLY and TJ. Period. Trying to do a Legal “end run” is calculated and selfish.
