In this video, I talk about some trauma that many of us may share in dealing with mental health difficulties. We all have down days (some more than others) and in this video I decided to make space for negative emotions to be RELEASED, instead of triggered. All emotions are valid to feel.
At the end of the day, all humans want to be understood, happy, and healthy. We all share this same goal. In a world where many people neglect the simple assignment to try to be a kind person, we all aught to realize that there are worldly problems that are larger than our lives.

Nobody can help you and you’re feeling that way because you don’t understand that this is a spiritual battle and not a physical one. You must be set free and delivered from that spirit of anxiety and depression that’s making you feel helpless and the only way for you to be set free from that spirit is by a stronger spirit, that can mind up the strong man that’s in your house and cast him out. That stronger Spirit is the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. His Spirit can set you free and deliver you from mental illness, in the blink of a moment, the thing you’ve struggled with the most can disappear just like that. If you have faith, believe in Jesus and go to Him and he’ll set you free from the snare that Satan has held you in for all this time. John 8:36 “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” I’ll be praying for you tonight.

@@holisticflo no I didn’t, but just from the title I can tell that you need Jesus and suffer from mental health. If you truly want liberation and all your anxiety to go away there is redemption in Christ. His blood will wash away all of your sins and give you power to resist the devil so whenever you do feel down you have the power to get those evil and impure spirits away from you through the name of Jesus.
