I feel like this is quite common theme among young KZbinrs that focus a lot of their videos around well-being/resets/reorganising life/journaling etc. It seems v isolating and life is like a constant reset from... not sure what exactly. I'm glad you've realised the importance of having fun, regardless of your age it's sooo crucial. xx

It's definitely Ok to feel lost Juss, especially at 25. Be ready for another change in feelings @ 30 and then again @ 40 and last one will be @ 60. After that, you're home free 😉

Not necessarily... the search for meaning and purpose can be in question till we die. And absollutely still part of being over 60!!!

Thank you for this video Jusuf. Where I am in life doesn’t make me happy, because a HUGE part of me believed I didn’t have time. I never went to college, I graduated HIGHSCHOOL AT 21. mental health problems and even physical health problems. Sorta living in poverty hahaha. But everything has a divine timing. And each lesson is brought to us one chapter at a time. When life feels stagnant, it means that our only goal is to simply BE PATIENT. How beautiful and easy is that?! I’ll learn to love stagnant periods because they are the easiest lessons. For everyone reading this. Please please pleaseee just sit with it. Sit with those feelings. And when you’ve sat long enough, please enjoy the breeze outside and go for a walk. Simplifying things that seem too big. One step at a time. Much love to you all ❤❤🙏🏽

I'm 30, still at home, in between jobs, no friends and I can tell you; despair is an addiction. As much as I try to kick my ass into gear and as much progress as I've made in the past, it is so easy to fall back to square one to where I spend more time sulking in the safety net rather than getting back up on that dreaded tightrope. I am lazy, procrastinate often and feel utterly hopeless, a deadly concoction when mixed with the privilege to indulge in such sentiments in the comfort of my parents' house with relative security. But I can also tell you this, I still pity those who are more "successful" than I. Many of the people I've met with a steady income, home and kids are often more stressed out, arrogant, greedy, intolerant and willfully ignorant people I've ever met. That's when I realized that, even when we think that we are where we'd like to be in life, we are only as happy as our condition and circumstances will allow us to be; imagine an animal caged in a zoo without any worries. It may live longer than in the wild, but it'll never know how to hunt for itself or to find a mate the hard way. Privilege and success are one thing but being a reliable and honest person is something even rarer in this world, more so than precious diamond. I hate where I am in life, yet I can still confidently say that I respect myself as a person; an aspect that employers really don't care for. I believe that people have a destination in this world, those who think they've found it have simply settled for what they find comfortable (and I've never learned anything worth knowing from someone who's comfortable) We are all wanderers in this world and the only way to discover new things as well as discover ourselves as people is to keep wandering, no matter how dangerous it may seem. *This comment contains no paid sponsors*

Your words resonate a lot so thank you for sharing your current situation, it feels like we are not alone struggling to find our own meaning of life ! As a soon-to-be 25 y/o I finished my degree and it is hard to go back to my parents home while searching for a job, there is so much uncertainty about when it will happen, and if i'm going to find a job I like. Anyways during those complicated times I agree with you that we must take it slow and not rush into life, focusing on having a balanced lifestyle and securing our basic needs. This period has made me start a lot of different sports, running, pilates, but also swimming, so I could recommend that to you if you need to lower the pressure a little bit ! :)

I feel like I'm going to have anxiety attack every other day, I feel stuck and even though I decided to change things up I feel like that's not enough, stagnation is so uncomfortable. How can I feel accomplished and at ease? Distracting myself is not longer soothing. Sorry for the rant 😅

Hm.. I think that, lack of fundaments is a problem these days. So many People like You are struggling, because "world" show Them that "everything is possible" and "You have to purchase freedom" + explained it all in a mixed way, far more attached to money circuit, than real freedom. World (not "world") is about something else, about something more meaningful, Valuable and respectful towards World mechanisms.. Anyway. You Are a Beautiful Soul.. 🙂❤️☕
