Hey Lucas, It's almost art in-and-of-itself, there's only a few things that do that, internal car parts like from the engine to the transmission. That is an awesome bit of tech there, I'd be afraid I'd drop it. I write, produced, and directed an Independent movie back in early 2000's and we ended up using a friends Sony XLR which he used to record Weddings as his side gig. I tried and tried to get a camera, to give you an idea of how far things have come, I tried to get a camera to shoot this this movie on for 6 months out in preproduction, and then the day of the first shot of production a friend and actor in the movie says I know a guy that has one. Back then, all cameras to shoot a movie on were super expensive, phones have cameras now that are great and I would have loved to have had a camera like in my phone, the struggle was so very real, an uphill battle both ways. KZbin had no commercials and like 6 channels, one of them was Scotty Kilmer...lol and a dump zone where who knows what ya get. Yes, cameras are still expensive, but so many now that can do so much from doing high def, to 4K and they're under $100.00 sand dollars, probably not that one, just saying. I also like the peacefulness of the fish pic like a still look in time and life at his/her world and of self all at once, a God like View, while the fish goes on with life as usual from its singular pov.❤ Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful! 🥹 I love cameras as much as I love typewriters and leather bound books. 📷 📚

This is literally a dream setup. I am still questioning whether to get something more practical like an X2D due to it having IBIS and a more ergonomic design, or 907x due to its gorgeous design and compatibility with my 500C/M... My head says X2D, my heart says 907x...

Using this with the 500cm has been incredible. It's absolutely seamless, you shoot it like normal but get digital photos. Resolution on those old lenses hold true. However I'm also debating trading this in for the X2D as well, since IBIS would be so used. I'm not sure I'd make as much use of 100mp. But I do want an everyday digital camera that's compact, and ridiculously simple. I'm tired of getting nikon, Canon, and sony cameras with dozens of buttons and wild menus.

Budget and reality conquers all. I got a used X1D II for $5,000 less than the X2D and initially got and used 45P for $1K more. Love that it uses SD cards which I had. Two days ago, I received the 75P and that is a fantastic lens. Then there is the reality of the size of files these cameras produce. a little over 100G for the 50mb and over 200G for the 100mb sensors. I do not have the classic 500c so having the 907x does not make sense right now, however, I do lust for it. Everyone has to make their own decisions on which model fits their needs and their reality.

@chrisbogart687 you're absolutely right. The prohibitive price tags makes these super difficult to achieve. I've been looking at the 75p, it's very nice but even at its "budget" cost it's more than I can afford right now. I just sold my 907x for 4k this week, also selling my Sony and several other things for an X2D. Made up my mind. Bought it used so I saved a bit, but it still requires a LOT of equipment to be moved. I do worry a little about file size since my pc isn't the best, but the IBIS and the tilt screen are important things for composition and the things I like to shoot.

That’s such a small system for medium format. Very tempting…except video is my priority and I recently got a LUMIX S5ii system instead.
