So, my personal favorite cookie is the caramel delite. Walmart has their own brand of them too. I was a Girl Scout many many decades ago. When I was selling cookies, they were $1 a box. At that time you went door to door to sell. Looking forward to 2025 trash picking, storage unit, thrifting and on site sale adventures. Happy New Year!! 🎉

Howdy wow no traffic reminds me oh Chipley Christmas- New years its a ghost town. Next town over is great to see cars much of them while you find some items . Good to see Geese to i heard them while you were driven past them . Donate is fantastic way of helpin people that could be in a very tight spot. Queen Salsa great seeing her and taste choice cookies that was funny she is so well taken care of beautiful pup . Butter, Pecan, Chocolate chip, ( Mint Chocolate MY FAVORITE), English Toffee, Chocolate Swirls. Least i hate sorry Taco Lemonade . I never heard of Toast 1 before Ill try to look that 1 up. Great On video love it and yes Pet Salsa for me thanks . New Year started on the left first so far. Not Bad not great either. I love thin mints, lol but I’d probably love the lemonade cookies also. I’ve only ever seen chocolate, vanilla and mint in the Montreal region. If I left boxes of cookies outside, even in plastic bins the squirrels would have chewed through the plastic and the cookie packaging within a few minutes. 😂

Years ago I was the mom in charge of the cookies for my daughter’s troop’s Girl Scout cookies. They filled one wall in our dining room floor to ceiling double boxes. My 2 year old son thought that they were all ours!! And your home looks nice and Christmasy!

Xmas decorations get put away by end of 12 th Night traditionally (5 or 6 Jan) in Northern Hemisphere. It never ceases to amaze me what a variety of goods are put on the kerbside. Thanks for your interesting adventures.

Self checkout takes low wage jobs from low skilled workers which every economy needs. The job that made the self checkout system is a professional nature, which economies need too. So yes, self checkout takes jobs away from people.

I see. The way I looked at it was the jobs it removes it adds with higher skilled / educated jobs such as maintenance and supervision. I never figured we "needed" low skilled workers, but it does make sense from what you are saying. Not everyone has the capabilities of being a "high skilled" or "educated" worker, I guess if we had too many CEOs and not enough employees no companies would be able to function. It's a valid point, I didn't take into consideration!

My favorite Girl scout cookie is called the Samoa here but I know it other parts of the country they are called Caramel deLites... so if you haven't tried those yet you need to. I think the thin mints is the worst cookie they have so I agree with you on that. I have never tried the Lemonade cookies but they used to have a lemon cookie call Savannah Smiles that was awesome. I do like the new thumb nail, and I was looking back at the views and it seems to have increased the views since you have started doing those, have you noticed a difference in view count for the same type of video?

Cookies: Salsa-approved! I haven't had a Girl Scout cookie in 20 years, so they may have changed. Never understood Thin Mints either, but somebody likes them. Food banks often toss things past their sell-by, but as others said if there's a Little Free Pantry handy, stuff 'em in and they will be GONE.

Well the toast yay were rated a 9 by Salsa... my favorite WAS peanutbutter from 40 yrs ago now they all suck and ya get half as much for 5times the price. BtW..you could have a yard sale (weather providing) a couple weeks before Easter. Let teachers know you have great deals on holiday stuff!

Girl Scout cookie flavors depends on what the different Councils order. Thin Mints as a cookie are nasty, but if you freeze them then crumble them over vanilla ice cream they are a good topping. The Lemonades are my favorite! There is an iced oatmeal raisin (don't recall the name) that is really good.

I was a Girl Scout cookie mom for many years for our troop. We had to do pre-orders and order enough for the booth sales, but not over order because we were responsible for paying for all the cases we picked up from distribution. That is probably what happened there. Over ordered. But yeah, they last forever, and longer if you freeze them. I've never had the ones from ABC Bakers. Here in SW Ohio, we use Little Brownie Bakers. There are only two official bakers, I think. And on the thumbnail controversy, I don't like the cartoon aspect of it, but I don't really look at the thumbnails anyway. I always click on the video. Go Salsa!
