I buy pre shaved ribeye meat at a couple of local grocery stores, usually by Heritage beef. Sometimes its in the meat case fresh sometimes in the freezer. Those looked absolutely amazing.

I've had a few cheese steaks that were made with the small cut/shaved ribeye and they were really good! Might have to try that sometime.😁👏🏻

I'm not sure what it is about covered bridges and why people feel the need to deface them constantly. We've been to a few wet here they have been repainted (like this one) and it seems as soon as it's painted, someone defaced them.

Poor Piper. Hope all goes well during the surgery. I think I've been following you guys for about 4 or 5 years now. You motivated me to get a class a motorhome when you got the Wraith. I took delivery in May of 2022. Time flies. We've got 1,800 A/H LiPO batteries, 2 Victron Multiplus II 3000 VA (50 amps total), and 2,400 watts of solar on top that powers the entire coach. It's a game changer and quite liberating.

Ribeye is the cut of choice in Philly at Pat's Cheese Steaks and Geno's Cheese Steaks. Pat's uses cheese whiz and Geno uses Provolone. We would take our tour bus through Philly after Jimmy Buffett concerts and stop for cheese steaks. Good to see you Fitchin'!

We have almost always used ribeye for cheese steaks and loved it but always open to trying another cut! I've used white cheddar and provolone sometimes and sometimes use Fritos canned cheese

Surgery 😢 ... it is what Piper needs, all will go well. When we took Maya in for her surgery's, we never thought about having Aurora with her for few days. It is a good idea, I will remember that in the future. Sorry Dave, not a fan ofold fashion's, I like my whiskey neat. 😊 But I like how you made it, so many different ways.

Maybe try a strip loin, also cooked "quickly". They make the best steaks IMO, leave out 30 mins, 2-3 mins a side, cant go wrong

hey guys if you need another camper i know one for sale except i believe its a fifth wheel pull for like 75k for 2021 model. Were your wieners reel beef.. our dog and vet also believes had a litt seizure didnt put him on meds for it but said if happens again let him know and did find out he has arthritis in one leg .
