If there's someone else to blame, and there is, besides Joel Embiid, it's the management team. They drafted him knowing his injury issues. They waited for him to play his first game for what, 2 years? Then they extended him when he should have been traded or cut. He's played in 433 out of a possible 656 regular season games through the end of the 2024 season. His max regular season games played is 68 in the 2021-2022 season. One conference finals appearance. And management thinks that's worth 51 million a year. You tell me whose fault it is that the 76ers are where they are.

I’ve resigned myself to no playoffs and no draft pick this year. Then three more years before we can start to move off the Embiid, George Maxey, contracts. Our best hope is to trade Maxey in the final year of his contract. Until then we kick rocks.

Shoulda move embiid 2 years ago when he still had value. Coulda got a massive haul. Him playin once a week and even then they lose cuz he rusty and out of shape does us no good. Get him more surgery more rehab rest and hopefully he's a new player come next season. Signing george and embiid to max extension was some terrible mistakes. Morey has to go.

I dont even blame nurse. He came to an organization that been a dumpster fire for decades. Then everything so political. You think he can tell embiid what to do? Heck no! Embiid runs this team and whether he do any work or not is entirely up to him. Also nurse not a doctor. Also he doesnt trade for and draft and sign players. Yes, going to play a handful of games at Paris was a disaster move. From the Sixers Front Office that not denied him to do that, and for Embiid a high risk for a player who had a hard surgery in his knee. A few months after the knee surgery he needs absolute rest to recover, i didn't agree he even played in the playoffs.. but he played for the Team that was paying him 50mln at year, not for a Country that isn't His Country.. He played only because was the only chance to win something, to not being called a Loser..

Even with the transplant, that knee will never be the same. In the NBA, he’s not going to last on that knee. Him playing at a dominant MVP level is a wrap!!! I’m not a doctor but there is no easy fix.
