Your excuses don't make any sense. UEFA is an European body, so by your logic it would have favored France. VAR calls were few, but correct all through the game. The referee was an European, so again by your logic he would have favored France. Qatar owns PSG in the French capital for a decade now, kicked out all the Argentinian players there at the instigation of Mbappe and Messi only played for them since last season, so they're more connected with France than Argentina. 1) What is racist about what Aguero said of Camavinga? He basically called him a d*ck face cos in Spanish camavinga actually rhymes with the slang for d*ck lol, it has nothing to do with race and all to do with the fact that in spanish it is an easy joke to make cos his last name just rhymes with it. 2) I do understand how some Europeans took that chant where they call out the african players playing for France as "racist" but it is really not. On the contrary it is against France and their colonialism. Our culture is VERY against colonialism, we still hold a huge grudge against Spain, our former colonizers, so in our culture for a person to represent the country that was their former colonizer it just rubs us the wrong way. Colonialism ravaged South America, so for us, representing your former colonizer is a total dishonor. One of our most common insults is calling someone a "cipayo" which is a very despective way of calling "someone who serves a foregin powerful country to the detriment of your own" cos to us it is the ultimate betrayal. We even avoid calling our language "Spanish" and call it "Castellano" instead cos we dont want nothing to do with Spain. I understand how all of that nuisance is lost in translation as it has to do with our very own culture and history and it looks bad from the outside though.

We learnt about Argentina, even before Messi debuted for Argentina, its like heritage supporting Argentina. I dont know whom people will support after a d3cade or two, its definitely Argentina and Messi for now ! If you talk about individual player, even Ronaldo has a big no. of fans here not only bcoz of his football skills but also bcoz of his charity work but as team support, no other team has support like Argentina, only another close to Argentina is probably Brazil.

I love how the British show respect and understanding for this great sport, you have grown in my esteem. We in Argentina are very much impressed by the way the Argentinian Champions got greeted by their clubs and by their supporters, what they did with Alexis Mac Allister in Brighton is phenomenal, not to mention Licha Martinez and Dibu Martinez too, despite all that smear campaign that the whining French started. EMI martinez blocked a penalty shot and one during extra time that certainly made France the losers. Fact that he was a third goal keeper for arsenal and got international experience only for last two years makes the French forwards look ordinary even with hattrick from mbappe. Even the best of the goal keepers can’t do much if their defenders are not great. The fact that French side lost against Argentina who had no great players except Messi & Di Maria is very sad.

First, it's great Messi had his day. However... And with better justification too. What Mbappe said was only true at the time and it was no direct insult to Argentina. What Argentina did *was* a direct insult to an opponent who scored a hat trick against them in a WC final... on a team that had lost *so many* players to injury and illness that literally half the outfield team on the pitch were sick... that pushed them so hard at the end of regulation that Argentina were reduced to their old habit of kicking and fouling opponents every 30 seconds or so. Even *then* they barely got out. So if anyone is being stupid [other than Stevie of course] it's Argentina. Because... The French are the French, and very proud. this year's fifa wc is i think was boring . most teams who reach to quater finals and semi finals are due to penalty eitherwise if spain never get eleminated in penalty i think we never able to see argentina in finals. same goes morrocoo and other team this year fifa wc is just penalty nothing much more.
