Extended couch will block fireplace. Like counter space in front of TV. Love counter space around stovetop, good space for large pots. Would upgrade microwave,/ air fryer. Like pantry size. Thank you.

I was wondering that as well, when couch is in bed position it's going to block the fireplace and put a lot of heat on the side of that couch, right?

I personally don't like the TV recessed like that. If it was on a swing arm where you could come out further would be nice. Also if it was up higher so that the counter space is usable while you're watching TV. And I always worry about hitting the TV if I have things on the counter, so I would give up the two upper cabinets so that the TV could be a little higher with it on a swing out/tiltable arm.

It's very close to the Paradigm 310RL . . I like the "Pantry" behind the TV in that model better ( there is a lot of storage in there )

Cool video, as usual. Would i buy a Forest River after owning a Flagstaff trailer (also forest river), for sur NOT BTW the plumbing i could see in the bathroom is not code and probably in the entire RV. Cheap built and if the same quality as our Flagstaff, run away as fast as you can 😮 Shiny looking is one thing, well built is another.

@vickigress I prefer the ones that build their own frame like New Horizons (but expensive) Northwood (very decent price but you need to like the design) Both are built "as it should" with no shortcuts on cost. Second row, Luxe and DRV but they use Lippert frames which is a big red flag. DRV is now owned by Thor which is also a red flag but have ́ice custom frame, disk brake and independent suspension. Luxe went crazy with their pricing this year, let's hope they cool down.

@@BenoitBauwensall trailers many people can’t afford. I’ve owned 4 Rockwood and Flagstaff and loved them and across all four I had two minor issues. 4 of my friends bought Rockwood and Flagstaff trailers in 2021 and none of them have had issues with them at all.

I like they are still using Tank water heaters; you can keep those tankless. Unfortunately, a pedestal table and toe kick kitchen slide is a no go for me.
