United fans do lot learn from the past. The root of United's problems is celebrating mediocrity. United celebrated mediocrity by making Rashford a first team player. He is at best a squad player and Aston Villa is the right club he should have been playing for ay not United. United made the mistake of building their team around 2 average players in Rashford and Bruno. Both players have gotten at least 3 managers sacked. Amorim will be sacked if Bruno is still the captain by next season. In fact, Bruno will outlive Amorim at United. If the following players are still at United next season, United will remain an outside top 6 team: 1. Bruno 2. Rashford 3. Garnacho 4. Rasmus 5. Onana 6. Maguire If 3/6 of the above players are still at United next season, Amorim will be sacked before the players leave United. Come back here in October 2025 and see if I am right or wrong. Even if united buys 4 players, it will not change anything. United will suffer from the "sink hole" effect. This is when United buys a good player expecting that player to transform the team. What ends up happening is that the player drops to the level of United. This happened to Pogba and Sancho.
