I just want to say that I love his gentleness i saw when he talked about how the parasympathetic nerve is acting up y’know( 2:30 ), to me it shows how he’s well equipped (as a fellow autistic person) and doesn’t show any sense of blame or judgement. As an autistic who’s surviving cptsd, there’s such a thing about disregulation in autistic and traumatized people.
