I season mine with curry first and then I burn the curry just like you do, but I use beta pack curry powder it’s the best.

Nice one you see when you burn the curry just add 1/3 cup water then add your meat try it off camera and see the results 😉

Your curry looks wonderful. I can imagine the taste. From my experience your way is the best. Never season your meat with curry, it never taste the same. Fry your curry first then add your meat.
