Looks so good! I made them once when I was married. We lined the bottom of pot with Lamb, lots of lemon. I wonder do each culture do it different?

I made it for our dinner, it tastes so good but my grapes leaves were tough, I got them from my backyard grapes, I trimmed my leaves and didn’t like to throw them, but I guess I didn’t boil them long enough 😉 but thanks for the recipe, your video is very easy to follow!

Sounds great! The Grape Leaves that come in a jar maybe softer since they are in a Water, Salt, Vinegar Brine.

Fresh YOUNG grape leaves are far superior. All of that olive oil will make it too greasy. The hamburger has more than enough fat.

Turned the video off when you added mint to fucking Dolma. That’s not how you make it

around the world, mint is indeed used in stuffed grape leaves - why the anger here?
