@@tommyvercetti5802 this song and a lot that are on this channel aren't on guitar hero, if that would be the case, the bass tracks would have surfaced the internet a long time ago. I think this new releases are real isolations based on the 5.1 surround release for the anniversary edition, and if he did it on a lot of the tracks, certainly can do it with every track of the album. I love this guy

Ofc there is a lot on compression, recording bass without compression is a dissaster, also most of the bass sound gets buried in the mix unless it sounds really in your face like most most isolated bass guitar records sound.
