You can’t melee fight a Medic because their melee weapons have higher chance to random crit and the fact that their pretty good at using it. With this information I can tell that it’s better to fight with the melee than with the primary weapon if you play as Medic

Yes, there are tanks in TF2, but they are not able to be used by players and are only in MVM (Mann vs machine) The sandman is a baseball bat for the scout, it makes your max health 110, so on 10x it would make your max health 0 The blutsager is a syringe gun that drains your health when you have it out

There is a map on tf2 which is medieval mode. There is a huge castle and the only weapons you can use are melee weapons, demos shield, snipers bow and arrow, and medics crossbow. Also it changes every thing you say in chat to be more medieval sounding.

He hasnt even played all the classes yet. I think he has a ways to go before he tries mvm. To me its not the real tf2 anyway. Its just a gimick game mode like Manpower or Passtime. 6 people playing against wave after wave of bots is not the same as a full server of real people playing each other. If he does try I would recommend playing with 5 friends rather than solo queue.

Ullapool is one of the melee of demo that when you hit an enemy they go boom and take a lot of damage you can abuse medics, snipers, even scouts if your lucky with that melee unfortunately due. To the last update which was called gun metal update the ullapool got a big nerf on the damage, it still could be useful if you play it right but normally you'll die 24/7 with that weapon. Eternal reward is a spy melee as well that when you get a backstab you get to disguise that person example when you backstab a scout you become that scout that's one of the cool features about it second one. When you backstab the enemy they don't scream so the enemy won't even hear that your killing them. Downside though is you can't disguise well you still can but it will cost you all of your invisibility to disguise outside of spawn or changing disguise if you don't like the disguise you got from the enemy you backstab. Which is not big of a deal if you play spy careful. Anymore question about weapons you can ask me and the comments. And BTW about the sniper stabbing someone with an arrow its called taunt kill it exist on some weapon example the one you see which was the bow if you press g it will do a taunt called stab-stab-stab (atleast that what I call it) and if your gonna ask " do other weapons do that as well" some like the eyelander demos melee, escape plan soldiers melee, and scouts bat with a bonk sign with it. If you haven't spent money on the game you can still get random drops for crates you need to purchase keys to open (yes. TF2 basically invented the loot box), weapons and rarest of all low teir hats just by playing the game. Purchasing anything in game gives you a "premium" status, and drops happen many times more frequently.

10x servers are community servers where all weapons have their stats multiplied by 10. So for example, if a weapon says it gives you 25 extra max health, in 10x mode, you now get an extra 250 instead

Melee naturally has a higher crit chance than ranged weapons. Critical hit chance increases when you rapidly do a lot of damage... or healing. As healing is a Medic’s job, his bonesaws have very high chance to crit - dealing 3 times the damage, and transforming you into a corpse.

Allow me to clear up some things for you: 3:36 You actually can’t get hit by the spawn door in the game. The programming won’t allow it. It’s impossible. 4:39 yes, you can also die this way. 6:00 I did this once immediately after stabbing an engineer. I lost my disguise and the sentry gun immediately killed me before I could do anything. 6:07 you can also die this way if you’re not aware of your surroundings. 8:31 I don’t think you can do this in the pit. The minute you fall, you die. 9:24 you can actually get banned on some servers for hacking. 9:37 I HATE when people do this on TF2, but unfortunately camping is a viable gaming strategy.

Your eternal reward is a melee for spy and vice versa with demo and ulapool caber. Yes drops are a thing here. Edit: Guillotined: Getting hit by scout's scondary, the flying guillotine. Edit: Yep, sniper can stab people with his arrow, It's his tauntkill. Edit: You should really watch the jarate ad, a comic to learn how sniper can get so much piss. You guessed it, an edit: 10x servers are modded servers where every weapon's stat is multiplied by 10. Demo's grenade launcher spams grenade everywhere, Blutsauger drains too much hp before the medic can keep up with hitting people, and sandman really decreases your health to 1, which is why scout died to heavy's sneeze. EdIt: Medic's melee has a higher tendency to random crit, as well as engineer's wrench. Last edit: Source 2 is a better engine than source, which is the current engine for TF2. And yes, upgrading may be a problem since a lot of items in the source engine isn't in source 2 since Source 2 is only implemented in HL:Alyx.
