Thank you from Manila Philippines looks sa easy to make and few not expensive ingredients, mozzarella and Parmesan are available here, a bit pricey, but the overall gooey effect looks and tastes incredibly delicious or "masarap" as we call it locally !!

If we reduce liquid we can economises in energy . 165 Celsius for15 minutes in Air fryer. This is my experience and it reduces mold if kept for few days even in fridge because no additives and no salt . Salt I take as crystal when sweating in gym or after sauna to keep salt under control and keep my blood pressure normal. Daily intake is 1,2 gm or 1200 milligrams Each gram is equal to 1000milligrams. Micro dose.

I use oat and organic egg to bind the dough and no cheese ( more economic less salt a less oxidised saturated fats for healthier cardiovascular system and healthier heart.
