It's Starting to Feel a Little Too Real... It's pretty crazy to think that there are only SIX DAYS left of me being in LA. These last 6 days are really where everything has to fall into place. Everything is scheduled, and now it's up to me to get the house ready for photos, staging, etc. It's been SO much fun going through this whole process publicly on my channel and honestly the feedback has been so surprisingly positive, which I love obviously haha. I've been watching you for a super long time, and I've been really enjoying these recent videos. It is a great change of pace and you can tell this is all way more genuine and unforced. One tip for the spackling and sanding is to buy the foam/fluffy spackle, it is made by the same brand as the pink stuff. it goes on much easier and if you smooth it when you apply you don't even need to sand. If you do have to sand, a cheap palm/orbital sander makes it take seconds and cost less than $10-15. Keep doing you and I wish you nothing but the best!

6:12 garret little tip, when you put down the spackle u can scrape it back up then whats left will be only in the hole, so u dont have to scrape or sand off the excess

If you take painters tape and tape a big V on the edge of the paint can with the tip of the V hanging off. When you pour the paint won't drip down the can.
