I understand both sides. On one hand, yes he needs to face reality that he Kourtney will always come before him. But on the other hand, Kendall, Kris and Khloe continue to say things like “oh you’re family, you’re my son, you’re my brother” etc. But then turn around and not invite him to stuff and don’t tell him about it, when they know he’ll find out. Scott has to understand that even though he's like family, he really isn't, Kourtney is, and he has to understand that they put her, her comfort and happiness above his, not below or equal to it. Now she has another partner and he is the one they have to invite and if Scott's presence can take away her happiness or comfort, unfortunately Scott is left out, he has to understand that, he did not know how to appreciate Kourtney, now it is just her ex, that's all.

This is what happens with the continuous blurred lines of boundaries. I get that he is part of the “family” but only as the kids’ father (currently). at some point both he and Kourt would also move on from their toxic relationship and have their own separate relationships. He’s brought his past girlfriends over to them in front of Kourt, Kourt has a husband who loves to display public affection. Scott and Kourt would both have to navigate co-parenting in their new circumstances but it takes TIME. He can’t expect everything to be the same when it really isn’t. It’s a major change in their dynamics and at the end of the day, Kourt is their daughter/sister.

I wouldn't say most of his life. He was 30 when they passed and they even held Mason. The kardashians were more than generous to him, gave him somewhere to belong and a career. A guy that values family doesn't act like Scott does, if he did, he would have kept his family together, he would have tried to make them proud and worked on himself. I remarried but for the sake of my oldest daughter and her narc dad not having family around, I always invited him to family dinners. We made that decision before she was born that his daughter and my 2 kids with current husband would NEVER know a broken home. I don’t think it’s necessary to punish him forever. She’s happy so why does she care if Scott is around. It’s still her children’s father. Let him be around. It’s gonna most likely hurt his feelings and maybe he’ll decide on his own that he doesn’t belong there anymore. He is family.

If they actually thought he was awful for cheating then he would've been ignored since that moment. Everyone is in the wrong here except for Travis and his family.*

They didn’t establish clear boundaries and now that Kourt has started to set it up it’s a “weird” thing. Literally, Kourt watched all her sisters grow from being born to now. Scott was there maybe half that time. Kourt doesn’t need to involve him unless its related to their kids. Kourt’s family don’t have to invite him if they think it might be uncomfortable for Kourt’s new family. They treated Scott because, as fcked up as it is, they were pushing for Scott and Kourt to get back together. But now he’s just being treated as the father of Kourt’s kids.

"Feeling left out and not being told anything is super hurtful" Yeah Scott, maybe you should take your own words into consideration, I'm sure Kourtney felt VERY LEFT OUT and SUPER HURTFUL when you cheated on her with those young girls who could be your daughters. And not having another family to go to, well maybe you should have thought about that before your side chicks and crazy spiraling partying when with Kourt.
