Yeah I believe that, I think she took advantage of Scott to have children. Out of all of them, Kourtney is the one who uses people the most. She doesn't realise how lucky she is, it's not about the new guy she's sleeping with, Scott literally has no family and she doesn't care at all. She thinks she has this great new man, but if you really pay attention, Kourtney has changed EVERYTHING to fit with Travis, yet Travis has not done much. The problem with this is that, Kourtney wanted to establish the boundary long ago but the Kardashian-Jenner wanted the drama and pitied him so they kept him around. Now that Scott isn't useful, they throw him away. And Kourtney, although a lot of people sympathizes with her because of Scott's attitude and cheating ways, I just felt like it's Scott's way of retaliating because I feel like Kourtney has no real feelings for Scott. I felt like Kourtney kept him out of necessity and when she got tired of him, she threw him away like trash. When I first saw the first few seasons, I just felt like Kourtney was around for the fact that Scott was fun and go with anything but when Scott wanted to be serious, she throws it off. Kourtney wasn't ready for the emotional and mental baggage that Scott has to carry after the death of his parents.

Kourtney left him right after his parents died because she couldn't deal with the person he was while he was grieving. So her family stepped in and gave him the support he needed. They are his only family since his parents were detached from their families. He's scared of losing his family. Khloe is his best friend, she kept saying he was feeling excluded since she got married since everyone was on eggshells about hangout with him. He's in a better mental state since before when they were young and foolish.

I think the "unfinished business" she's referring to is when Scott sent kourtneys ex Younes a message about a pic of kourtney straddling Travis on a boat in Italy. They were out pretty far in the water away from people alone on a small boat they have every right to have some PDA but a pap was taking sneaky pics of them with a long lense camera but scotts comments were ridiculous. Scott has his faults. And he made MANY mistakes. Thing is. He owns up to it. He owns all the horrible things and really has come so far as a parent and as a man. Of course there is will be awkward and tense situations. CoParenting is hard. Coparenting when new partners/step parents are involved make it even harder. This is one reason why exes shouldn’t be treated like they are still part of the family. Unfortunately if the spouses are severed then all the other ties have to be severed as well. I know it ducks and is hard but it creates so much confusion and gray area otherwise. It’s actually more beneficial to create firm boundaries. This ideas that parents and in laws should continue to be close with exes is insane. If y’all are able to do that then why not just work in the marriage and stay together in the first place.
