Hi Gary, sounds like a great river boat cruise experience. I prefer traditional cruising but if I ever take another river cruise in the future. this would definitely be one to consider.

Thanks Gary! So well done. We have a while ship charter on MS Deuce France- mr third Croisi cruise. Watched this vid 5 times over several years. Croisi sails when Viking can’t deal w low water w 2.3 mtg draft. Croisi has 1.6 so we laugh at Viking bus transfers while we sail on

We have traveled with a company called Gran Circle Travel out of Mass. Been on 9 trips an it’s all senior Americans. That’s the difference between this video an our traveling. Excellent review but we are staying with them. They have a bonus of a 3% discount on your next cruise with them.

I have checked into different river cruises. They are extremely expensive! One week on the Danube is $4000USD.

Mister X depends on the date and cabin, but yes it can be. Do not forget that all excursions are included, so 6 in a week, some drinks included, or depends on the company, it could be all drinks. So works out the same as an ocean cruise.

Learning from very reputable top cruise line that wheelchair accessibility couldn't be guaranteed off their ships, like crossing other lines' ships to access docks, onto/off of docks, up/down riverbanks to access "the sights" has poured cold water on any Euro river cruising for us :-(!

No, I pay for all my own trips. Pre-2019 I did some press trips and if I cover a trip or line it will have that declared up front. Unfortunately, I often Geta asked the same question and I feel that as many online creators who take free trips are not direct or fudge the issue vowers, like yourself, have rightly become sceptical. That so why these days I subtly say things like "I booked myself on XYZ" and increasingly now add in what I paid!
