That made me cry. It's been a hard year. I have lupus and have had complications. I got shingles and now have nerve damage and just had carpal tunnel surgery so I wouldn't lose the use of my hand. It was a quiet Christmas for my husband and I. I miss my parents this time of year. Thank you for all the great videos and recipes. You always put a smile on my face. Love to all. God bless❤

I got all my side dishes done on Christmas Eve so I can rest for a bit before the family come. I’ve been doing my ham in a crockpot in rootbeer on low all day since I got my first Gooseberry Patch cookbook 23 years ago! That’s when I started collecting them(those & Christmas village houses)! My family loves rootbeer ham! Yep, you cover it with rootbeer, bast the top or flip it a few times. It’s amazing! Finding Prancer was a blast!!

Tears all the way through! Song you sang, tears . Thinking about Mary how she must have lived through very difficult times. Then to watch her baby our lord die upon that cross for us.
