Actually he planned his death with Gordon by providing him with the car and telling him to go to Wayne Tower to destroy the rail line. And then he left him to die on the train thus making it a premidated plan to kill Ra's al Ghul. So still murder. There was also no reason for him to board the train other than to make sure Ra's was on it and that he could not stop the train. So he literally boarded the train to make sure it would crash and kill him.

Even though I kinda knew she was going to be Talia, I still love this scene when she shows her true colors. People have complained that it was too much too late, but I disagree. After she reveals herself, the flashbacks of her climbing out, her father rescuing Bane and recruiting him, training him and Talia, etc.... That explains it all. And when you look back on her character before she reveals herself, she says things like "restoring balance to the world" or "do what is necessary". That's something that her father would say. If you look at it from that perspective in my opinion, it all falls into place.

It's amazing how Bruce Wayne, her father's first disciple cremated the temple, wiped out his world order, and his daughter Talia in the end. It is very epic, the disciple throwing his master´s whole house down, and his offspring.

How incredible that the core of this film turns out to be not the flashy expensive gadgets or suits or the developed Gotham city, but the emotions formed in this unprofessionally put together hole in the ground in the Middle East, with everyone wearing rags, cut off from the world, acting out the little that they know.

I was not liking the movie because while Bane is dangerous he is not a mastermind, but I changed when they revealed TALIA AL GHUL as the leader then I was happy because the Daughter of the Demon was responsible and made a lot sense. Thanks DAVID GOYER for bring TALIA AL GHUL aka DAUGHTER OF THE DEMON.
@MattGraves018 жыл бұрын
+fvillag1 And it made sense for her to be the real villain behind Bane. She represents the past that came back to haunt Bruce after he let her father die. Good way to say that actions have consequences that sooner or later comes back to bite you in the ass. All the events in the film is because of Bruce refusing to save Ra's from the train.

I don't need too! I have this movie on DVD and yeah, she did do a very poor job in that death scene but honestly, I am not gonna let 1 bad scene ruin what I thought of her performance overall in this movie which I thought was great.
@snowbirbs9 жыл бұрын
I agree. Her death scene was awful but to compare it to rest of her scene in the movie, she gave a great performance. Also, I too love her acting in this scene- especially when she says, "See, it's the slow knife.." line. That was such a good delivery. :)

People should take The World is not Enough more seriously. Christopher Nolan is an avowed James Bond fan himself, and here, he and his brother were clearly influenced by the bluff of the main villain actually being part of the sexy French seductress' bigger scheme!

The Concise Statement the world is not enough is an extremely underrated movie, its easily a top 5 Bond movie imo
