Our family tree is a combo of handmade ornaments and ornaments that have a meaning or liked. Every year we normally get new ornaments to add to the tree and I write the year we got the ornaments somewhere on it so we can look back and see how long we've had that ornament on the tree

You would really like The Rose Code by Kate Quinn because it alludes to Alice in Wonderland a lot and it is a WW2 historical fiction about female code breakers at Bletchley park. Also, a great middle grade whale story is Song for a Whale by Lynne Kelly.

For Day 27 I liked the "separate by genre/trope and give your top 2/3 books in that category" or just do say 100 of 300. Another cool thing I've seen floating around BookTube currently is wrapping your tbr and then randomly selecting it according to numbers you wrote on the wrapped books. It also Fits in nicely with the Christmas theme since they'll be wrapped . . . I don't know, I think you can put your own spin on that idea Because it adds another layer of interest on what's on your tbr.

Day 27 - TBR Pile lol I get you! I am worried my pile will eventually come to life and have an intervention if I continue to add to it. I think sorting by genre and picking the top 3 you are looking forward to reading (as of now) and talk about them then doing like a quick montage of the rest that is in that genre might be interesting Edit: We are also like that with decorating our tree, we have all sorts of ornaments and what goes on the tree depends on my mood of the year. My MIL does theme which is birds, I don't get how someone can have so many bird ornaments but she does

Like, how many books you read in December 2021, what was your favorite, what was your least favorite. What book surprised you, and were there any disappointments? Was there a reason your reading sped up or slowed down in a given month, like when you started your internship or transitioned to being a regular employee? It might be more meaningful for you, too.

Oh my gosh I absolutely adore haileys vlogmas and they have become a tradition for me. The holidays are pretty tough but knowing that there’s a new video each day filled with hailey honestly gets me through the season.
