Not true. I've was trying to get my 40 yr old daughter to buy a house and she put me in my place. First she pays $1100 mth rent . But she had to remind me that everyone doesn't want to own a house . There's rich ppl who don't want to own no big ass mansion. They have a nice condo or brownstone. Even with kids you can rent a 3-4 bedroom condo or you can own it . There's pros and cons on both sides. It's what works for YOU. Maybe reginae will buy a house later but if she doesn't do what. My neighbor is married and been married 15 yrs ..nice family and a good job and she owns a house and she told me that her roof came in and she's responsible for that which I already knew. Her point is that her and her husband have to pay for that whereas renting your not responsible for anything

There’s nothing wrong with Toya wanting a better life. Her mom and brothers still got some street in them. They still bout that life. She’s helped her mom get a restaurant and mom messed that up. That’s why Toya moved her mom to ATL. They are all grown. Love them from a distance. Toya works for her money. They all need intense counseling. I think the boys and her sister feel a way because Toya wasn’t raised with them and has a different mindset. She doesn’t have to be their private ATM. Prayers for them all.💙🙏🏾

I get that Toya gets triggered when she sees her mother drink, but she also has to stop trying to control her mother. They started teasing her mother about her nose ring, and that's when she started to feel some kinda way sobshe said she was leaving to go play with her grandkids. Toya act like she was knocking stuff and irrate or acting crazy. I saw her mother on a vlog with Beedy and she's really like a happy person she looks for happiness. She was at the water park and she was excited like a little kid. Toya cant mold her to what she wants her to be she is who she is! I like her!

My cousin doesn’t have Reginea’s money 😅but she spends 5 to 6 thousand a month. A lot of people in LA don’t but houses. They live in luxury apartments. Some move around a lot and don’t want to settle in one place. They don’t have to pay for upkeep and repairs. I think it’s strange 😅but that’s how my cousins been living there forever. Why is this comment even necessary. Toya told Reginae it makes no sense to rent, Reginae agreed, they are looking for houses in clips. You do know people rent if they are not sure if they will stay in a area, it can be just as silly to buy a home there and not stay and lose money b/c it takes time to sell, and who says it will appreciate that fast. So easy to judge without thinking it all the way through.

@samantham9056 Telling and teaching are two different things. I can tell you how to save money or I can teach you how to save money. She is spending according to how she was taught. Kind of hard to reign it in now that she's grown. Im from Los Angeles and there are plenty of rentals for less than $10G's a month. She followed that up with "im never home". Her parents were not born rich, but that "Hood" mentality will get black people everytime. I personally know a couple people who have touched MONEY and are now broke. I got a call to borrow $100. It's sad when it happens!!
