There are many very talented female guitarists in Japan! Miyako & Midori from Lovebites! Hazuki from Nemophila! Narumi is the former member of Lonesome Blue! And more very talented girls and women from Japan! My favorite guitarist and musician is Sakura Yoshida from Hagane! Great video! Have a good day!

Very cool list of players. If you're not familiar with Alexandra Zerner, she's a phenomenal multi-instrumentalist. Her guitar playing in particular is sublime. My addition? Kanami Tono of Band-Maid. A true riffmaster. Also writes a LOT of their material. Her Solos for: Alone, Daydreaming, Blooming and numerous of tastefull instrumentals. Miyako and Midori of Lovebites. Great on their own, but makes a fantastic dual-lead. Nice trade offs and harmonies. Many compare them with Dragonforce, but feel their solos are better written. (Shadowmaker, Set the world on fire, Solider Stands Solitarily) Jéssica di Falchi (and Tainá Bergamaschi) of Crypta. Did just discover a performance of them at hellfest. Death metal, but their angle is quite melodious. Felt a bit neoclassical too. Great harmonisation between them. Li-sa-X is a true prodigy and got a lot of attention as a kid.
