You are awesome dude. I turned 32 a few days ago and used to play a lot from 2002-2005. I havent thought much about or played YuGiOh in over 15 years but with COVID... Ive been hella nostalgic and been looking to buy starter decks and structure decks of the time. ALL 1st edition. I love collectibles. I wanna get back my RELINQUISHED deck.. like everyone had in 03'. Remember ANDRO SPHINX and THEINEN? That used to be kinda strong I remember in the meta I remember playing against. I have forgotten so much of the game and I fear the meta is too powerful for me to ever understand but heck... it does say ages 6+ even though the reading level is beyond age 6.

8:30 Alex could've summoned a pyramid turtle from SU's grave. Paladin of Cursed Dragon allows you to special summon any monster from the opponent's graveyard, as long as it was destroyed by battle. It doesn't matter if it was destroyed 5 turns ago. Pretty cool though!

when you gave control over the pyramid turtle to alex, that became his monster while it was on the field, therefor when you destroyed it several turns later, he shouldve been the one special summoning a zombie from his deck, since it was on his side of the field, not you. great duel though, love zombies with all my heart

Its Alex monster but its effects activate when it hits Roman GY (The original owner), then the requirement "Pyramid Turtle needs to be send here by battle" met, then Roman can activate the effect. Thats why these decks comes with creature swap, to do that strategy
