I also have the hardest time making decisions on my period 😂. Beige would probably be best if you plan to put colorful pillows and decor around it. And it’s warmer than plain white so it’ll still be cozy. I do think the table is too small for the bench, I hope you’re able to find a larger one at a good price.

Ignore the haters Elise! It's your home, you do what you like to it. I do hope you can do something with the table, its a nice shape. I love how a table cloth looks but it will probably get pulled off with people sliding in and out of the seating. The dark table can definitely look good in the space dressed to suit your decor. Its a pop of colour in your newly light and airy dining area. I didn't see your last video (must go and find it) but I like the benches you found. Great to have the storage under the seat too. Glad you are painting out the pine. I think they are more elevated painted. The mirror you saw in the thrift shop is beautiful as is the painting you went back for. You could always have a go at metal leafing the mirror (not sure if you can get brass leaf but you can definitely get different tones of fake gold leaf.) It's quite fun to do and not hideously expensive, just messy. It gets everywhere!!

Rude comments come from some kind of problem in them/their lives, and I don't think any amount of telling them off, is going to make them stop. Sometimes you're just giving them fuel to the fire. I would have loved if you had painted it that peach color anyway and showed them! 😁 But I know that isn't always easy, especially that time of month 😆❤️
