What we focus on, we will see more of that in life and we start believing in it more. Turn off the garbage, engage in positive habits. Recognize where you are without denial, but realize you don't have to stay where you are. We can always choose something differently, something more positive, something more healthy for ourselves. SavvySabi and Spicy the Cat! Great Vid guys! Great and important topic Focus. We live in a day and age were everything is vying for our attention! I think you mentioned this in one of your other vids! The definition of focus is a point of concentration, the main or central point of something especially of attention or interest, as of attraction, attention or activity and this one the concentration of attention or energy on something. The key word here is energy. When we begin to focus on something that is, it has caught our attention, we now begin to enter a condition of engaging! Now what the thing is matters as it can be beneficial or detrimental. As we gaze upon it physically, spiritually, internally there is an exchange! Interestingly the Latin word for Focus is Foci and originally meath hearth or Fireplace and similarly in Greek Estía means the same thing. What an interesting word to use? Even more interestingly Hestia from ancient Greek Religion was considered to be the Godess of Hearth and Home. Her Father was Cronos a titan who went on to devour her and four other siblings. Cronos meaning time. My point in saying all this our Focus can be devoured by time negatively when we engage, concentrate upon, expend our energy and get slicked with dark matter, overcome by obscurity as we are pulled into lower vibrations as you stated with the fear that sells or the gossip that injures! Alternatively when we fix our eyes upon what is good, excellent, pure that is beneficial that which comes from what wants to edify. We are built up, mended, energized and empowered! Why else would monsters lurk in that tunnel you spoke of! Blessings and love!

We live in a time were knowledge is increasing and the earth is revealing more and more of its secrets. It is as if the veil between the seen and unseen is thining. I dont know about you even my dreams are becoming more and more vivid and movie length! And just as a suggestion maybe you could do a vid on dreams!
