@ gusto also has had injury problems just not long term injuries like James and he’s only had them cuz James hasn’t been there to rotate him so having 2 injury prone right backs is not good enough either gusto will need to stop picking up knocks or we will have to look at other right backs

For me personally Reece James was, is and will the big part of Chelsea club and team. This man is responsible for our wins on many occasions including UCL, World Club trophy, Europe League. Chelsea have to figure out is Reece a Pulisic, who has been able to go elsewhere and stay fit, or is he a Jack Wilshere who could not stay injury free. If Reece is like Pulisic we need to figure how to keep him fit, but if he's a Wilshere then we have to accept that reality. Congratulations Ninii!

Inverted right or left full backs. One, two, three holding midfielders. Best 3 attacking midfielders. One or two faux strikers. Lavia shifts right to help Gusto with tricky Vardy. Cucurella and Caicedo further forward. Middle hoping for Neto, Palmer, Sancho/Felix based on readiness. Weather, field conditions, early game could dictate the quality of play, scoreline and substitutions. 3:1/3:2 Chelsea.

There are more important things than football? Not to those that are paid huge wages, family and football should go hand in hand. Also, issue with Reece is not even the injuries anymore. The problem is how do we know he will ever get back to his best or a semblance of what he showed in the brief period he has played for Chelsea? The PTSD from his injury record will remain with him for the rest of his football career and that can hinder him from using his body to its absolute best.

Congrats Nini 🎉. On RJ situation I’m sure it’s frustrating for him and I can sympathize but we’ve seen this story before, I’d be surprised if we see him in the team this year. It’s shame but even looking at the amount of injuries its like 6 hamstring related injuries, reminds me of Michael Owen. As for replacements you’re right cant name 5 but I’d go for Hakimi(the dream signing would be Frimpong). I remember you did video when we were linked to him and he choose PSG over us seems we should have pushed harder back then even though its board at the time.
