It's such a good reminder that no matter where we are in life, taking a moment to pause and appreciate the good things is so important. I truly believe that whether it's a physical or mental break, giving yourself that space to breathe and count your blessings can make a world of difference. It's a chance to re-evaluate what might be weighing you down. If it's feeling down, maybe try some meditation, focusing on the present moment, and acknowledging all the good in your life. And let's not forget the importance of self-care! So many health and mental well-being issues can start with how we treat our bodies. In a world where it's easy to feel disconnected, building community is more vital than ever. Like you mentioned, gatherings, shared meals, and activities like (real! ) football (I mean the real football, the one that actually plays with a foot on the ball.) can bring people together and create a strong sense of belonging. Let's all strive to build those connections and support each other. Thanks again for this inspiring video! Let's build community, that how we stay strong.

No where is perfect and it's okay to complain about real things. If there are too many things to complain about then it's time to make a huge change. Otherwise, it's good to be authentic and not give a wrong picture of how life is for you and your family. I think many immigrants get into the trap of complaining too much or like you, make things seem like there are no problems. I know many immigrants feel loneliness and miss the things of home. Believe it or not, even citizens also struggle with loneliness. It's seems to be a big issue around the world these days.
