If you don't have AC, you can just point a fan at yourself. It works well enough for me.

air- condition is the answer folks.... fans are not good enough .... Provide yourself with air-condition folks..... and watch your children - do keep them cool dearest parents! Hydrated is of utmost importance...Good Luck and happy summer!
