Excellent topic for discussion, Blaine Herman on borrowing from Contingency Reserve Services ,as of Minister of finance ,raising eyebrows ! No mention of how SA stands with foreign borrowing debt, accumulated , standing as of currently and how we fair in terms of payment to reduce that debt, and increasing debt by this method of borrowing.
