🫣 Team Replay! 🎉 just hit the 43 min point and wanted to point Sierra to what might be the origin of what she’s describing about Belonging. Brenè Brown does talk about belonging a lot but she differentiates between “fitting in” and belonging - she says “If I need to act like everyone else then I’m ’Fitting in’. But if I get to me then I ‘belong’” LOVE LOVE LOVE that you’re making this point ❤❤❤ thank you for all of this prep! Maybe it’s just that I’m 48 and in a similar place in my life but it’s soooo amazing to see such a fantastic framework taken out to a whole community🥰

I’ve started writing my goals in the form of affirmations. It made a difference.

I was so busy during high school and college that I didn’t watch TV. I went to some movies on dates. I filled my time exercising mostly in non competitive sports. Exercise is great for your body and for your well being. Plus you make friends who value the same things you value.

I feel good. I’m examining my values first and then setting my goals based of my values. Then setting tiny steps to accomplish those goals.

Success is living a balanced life. Not rushing from one thing to the next. Respecting myself by getting enough sleep. Eating healthy. Getting light exercise and stretching.

I missed the live showing, but I did relate to many things that were said during this session. It made me reflect on how I have been planning my life, but now I am optimistic to see what my new planning life would be.

I’m at the start of this session and hearing what I have been struggling with. I broke free this past year, set my boundaries and ended up losing a lot of friends in the process. I. Am. Grateful.

I did this while working with mental health professionals. You can’t fully do this without them.

Loved this! Definitely giving so much to consider when I sit down with my goals for 2025. Did we release the price increase for Club ?? I don’t think I can do it until the new year and want to budget for it 😢

Get off social media and stop watching TV. Watch only things that are good for you like these discussions. Places that lift you up and places that don’t criticize you. I watch movies from the 40’s and 50’s and some from the 70’s. Be picky about what you spend your time listening and watching.
